Resale Packets

 

Please send an email to the Broad Creek Board. broadcreekhoainfo@gmail.com. We will provide you or your realtor a Resale Certificate and packet needed at closing after the cost of the packet has been paid for.

 

The cost is $75 for the packet paid by check.
